Indian food connoisseur Anjali Pathak is fiercely proud of her heritage.

She delights in combining different flavours to bring a contemporary twist to traditional Asian classics. Part of the next generation of the Pathak Indian food dynasty, Anjali teamed up with her mother to produce the celebrated cookbook Meena Pathak Celebrates Indian Cooking: 100 Delicious Recipes, 50 years of Patak’s. Aiming to demystify Indian Cooking, Anjali shares her recipes and adventures on a blog. She is an impressive role model for young Asian women and has been shortlisted for the Asian Women Achievement Awards and the First Women Awards.
