You can savour the innovative cuisine of a celebrity chef and support The British Asian Trust by visiting Colony in London during the month of June 2010.

Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar and renowned restaurateur Carlo Spetale are donating £1 for every restaurant guest at Colony Bar and Grill, their exciting new culinary venture combining the mystery of the East with the sophistication of the West in London’s Marylebone area.

“It is a pleasure and an honour for both Colony and me to be involved with such a worthy organisation as The British Asian Trust,” said Atul Kochhar. “I am aware of the wonderful work done by it and the enormous good achieved in South Asia and I am delighted to make any contribution I can to the Trust.”

A British Asian Trust Ambassador, Atul Kochhar is famous for his masterful use of spicing with a unique Indian twist. Known as the new face of Indian cuisine, he was the chef for The British Asian Trust’s annual dinner hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales on 21 April. The menu he prepared for this occasion was based on Colony’s own kitchen. Colony is one of our corporate partners.
