The Royal Couple created a charitable gift fund which assisted causes close to their hearts. You can do the same by encouraging your guests to help The British Asian Trust to transform lives by investing in charities making the greatest impact on poverty in South Asia and the UK.
Your wedding gift to The British Asian Trust will make a difference to the lives of others. You can open the doors to education for children living in slums and remote rural areas, offer skills training to lift young people and illiterate rural women out of poverty, and provide access to basic health care in the poorest communities.
The British Asian Trust invests in 11 high-impact charities on the ground in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK. Every pound of every donation to The British Asian Trust from your guests will go directly to our 11 charities. When guests add Gift Aid, the charities will receive £1.25 for every £1 donated.
Like the royal couple, you can add charity donations to your own wedding list and support The British Asian Trust. Guests that choose to donate to us to celebrate your marriage will receive an exclusive wedding card they can present to you acknowledging their donation.
