Cricket icons delivered a cheque for £10,000 for the work of The British Asian Trust. Rubicon’s Love Cricket campaign benefited the Trust throughout the cricket season.
Over 1,400 dancers helped to set a new world record for the biggest Bollywood dance and raise funds for The British Asian Trust at the same time.
This weekend 1,406 Manchester Mega Mela revellers danced their way into the history books by joining Rubicon drinks in beating the World Record for the biggest ever Bollywood Dance.
The attempt, which was officially recognised by Guinness World Records, broke the previous record which was set by 1,336 people in Bhandra, Mumbai.
Adrian Troy from Rubicon said, “We’re delighted to have put on the biggest Bollywood Dance the World has ever seen and would like to thank all our Rubicon fans for taking part. Not only have they set a new World Record but they have helped raise £10,000 for our nominated charity, The British Asian Trust.”
