Adina Alam

Adina has joined the British Asian Trust as Project Officer for the Pakistan team. She works closely with partners for both our Mental Health and Livelihood programmes where she manages projects, collects data, conducts field visits, and works on capacity building of the partners.
In 2020, she worked as a Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation officer under an FCDO-funded project in Pakistan where she mainly worked on reducing maternal and infant mortality rates in Pakistan. This gave her a great opportunity to observe and understand the health needs of the population with a special focus on the women and children of Pakistan. She has also worked as a Research Analyst and published two reports on Pakistan's trade agreement with the European market.
Adina enjoys meeting new people and learning about their lives and cultures. Adina has a Bachelor in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
