Kritika Malhotra

Kritika joined the British Asian Trust's India team as a Programme Manager in April 2021. She manages our relationship and partnership with our key CSR partner, BT. 

Kritika brings over 7 years of experience in the fields of development and education. She brings expertise in the areas of partnership engagement with the Government and private organisations, content and service curation, delivery strategy, and project management. 

Prior to joining the British Asian Trust, Kritika worked with Tata Trusts, an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of low-income and other marginalized communities across India. She was a key member of the Education team where her work focused on teacher education, a goal aligned with the Central Government in India. Kritika also worked with the digital interventions team at Tata Trusts on project DRUV, a sustainable technological educational intervention for rural households, where she helped bring on content partners, launched and managed a 'train the trainer' programme, and supported the installation and ongoing customer support of the digital product to over 25K rural homes in Rajasthan. Prior to working at Tata Trusts, Kritika worked with two start-ups in the field of education and technology, one of which she was a founding member.  

Kritika holds a Master’s degree in Education (development) from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
