Rhea is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of trusts and foundations to secure income for work at British Asian Trust, as well as supporting the wider team with reporting, prospect research and administrative support.

Rhea is also focused on fundraising for conservation, climate work and mental health for British Asian Trust. Rhea has an undergraduate degree in Wildlife Conservation from the University of Kent and a masters in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London.

She has extensive experience in programmes, communications, and fundraising from a range of internships and permanent roles in India, Nepal, Rwanda and the UK. She has worked with a range of organisations, from the Boston Consulting Group and the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation to the World Wildlife Fund and Himalayan Climate Initiative.
