Bharath Visweswariah

Bharath Visweswariah is the British Asian Trust’s Executive Director for India. Bharath joined BAT in February 2023 and is based in Delhi. He oversees BAT's work in India which currently spans across Education, Livelihoods, Child Opportunities, and Conservation. In a previous role, Bharath led the Governance and Citizen Engagement portfolio at Omidyar Network India where he invested in and supported a variety of for profit and nonprofit entities working to improve governance at all levels of the government. Bharath holds a Bachelors of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
