Rhiannon Horsley

Rhiannon Horsley is Chief of Staff at the British Asian Trust, working with the senior leadership team to turn organisational strategy into clear priorities, plans and ways of working. She connects people, projects and data across the organisation so that leaders have the insight they need to make good decisions. Her role spans strategic planning, improving how teams collaborate, and making sure the right structures are in place for delivery.

Rhiannon has worked across strategy, operations and delivery in UK charities including Teach First and Ambition Institute, where she focused on turning ambitious plans into practical delivery. She has held roles spanning programme management, organisational effectiveness and membership management, often sitting at the intersection of leadership teams and delivery teams. Rhiannon has led change initiatives covering everything from CRM and Salesforce adoption to improving internal collaboration, reporting and decision-making.
