Vishal brings a rich blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving acumen. His work spans key roles in corporate, civil society organizations, where he has led programme design and implementation, operations, field support functions, strategic initiatives, and government engagement .A notable chapter in his last role was with Educate Girls, where he served as Associate Director - Operations, playing a pivotal role in scaling impact and driving cross-functional initiatives. Known by many as the “Fixer-in-Chief,” Vishal thrives on untangling complex challenges and delivering effective, sustainable solutions.

Currently, as India Head of Operations and a member of the India Senior Management Team, Vishal supports the mission by providing accurate insights across Programme management, finance framework , People and culture , and programme alignment. This enables informed decision-making in line with organizational priorities, including expansion strategies.

Beyond work, Vishal is a passionate traveller, especially drawn to spiritual and holy destinations. He enjoys exploring diverse cuisines through culinary art and values meaningful conversations with people from all walks of life.
