Vishal brings a rich blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving acumen. His work spans key roles across corporate and civil society organisations, where he has led programme design and implementation, operations, field support functions, strategic initiatives, and government engagement.

A notable chapter in his career was with Educate Girls, where he served as Associate Director – Operations, playing a pivotal role in scaling impact and driving cross-functional initiatives. Known by many as the ‘Fixer-in-Chief’, Vishal thrives on untangling complex challenges and delivering effective, sustainable solutions.

Currently, as Director of Operations and Education Programmes and a member of the India Senior Management Team, Vishal provides strategic insights across programme management, finance frameworks, people and culture, and programme alignment, enabling informed decision-making in line with organisational priorities, including expansion strategies.

As Director of Education Programmes, Vishal provides strategic leadership across the education portfolio, driving programme quality, innovation, and measurable learning outcomes at scale. He builds strong partnerships with governments, donors, and academic institutions to scale high-impact initiatives, embeds robust MEL systems for evidence-based decision-making, and champions the use of technology and data to strengthen programme delivery.
