Zuhaib Haq

Zuhaib joined the British Asian Trust in September 2025 as Senior Manager Development, bringing over 14 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, programme design, and donor engagement within Pakistan’s development sector. Prior to joining the Trust, he spent near to 12 years at the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), where he spearheaded multi-million-pound partnerships with FCDO (UK Aid), the World Bank, and other key donors. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping Pakistan’s first Skills Impact Bond in collaboration with the British Asian Trust and in securing funding for several flagship initiatives advancing the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

His expertise spans outcomes-based financing, social innovation, and strategic partnership development—mobilising significant resources for initiatives in skills, livelihoods, and women’s economic empowerment. Zuhaib has worked extensively with government, private sector, and multilateral partners to design scalable, evidence-based models that link training to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship. He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore.
