Role overview:
The British Asian Trust runs diverse mental health initiatives in Bangladesh, including workplace support for garment workers. These efforts aim to promote well-being, build resilience, and integrate mental health into broader community and livelihood development.
The Mental Health Coordinator will support the implementation of a mental health project for the ready-made garment industry in Bangladesh. Responsibilities will include conducting worker-based training sessions, supervision sessions and other similar focused activities.
