JKS Restaurants launches 3 year partnership with the British Asian Trust
JKS Restaurants have announced a three-year partnership to support the British Asian Trust’s child protection work. The partnership will raise funds through a variety of fundraising initiatives as well as a £1 voluntary contribution added to bills across JKS’s restaurants, including Gymkhana, Brigadiers, Ambassadors Clubhouse and Trishna.
Proceeds will support KAWACH, the Trust’s Child Protection programme in India.
JKS Restaurants was founded by the Sethi family in November 2008. The group encompasses 35 restaurants, with 8 Michelin stars and 6 Michelin bibs.
Sunaina Sethi, Chief People Officer for JKS Restaurants said: “Giving back has always been important to us. We have been supporting the British Asian Trust in various ways since 2017 and seeing the impact of their work has been incredibly powerful. By formalising this partnership we hope to provide stable support as well as further engaging our teams and guests on a cause that will profoundly change the lives of many vulnerable children. We look forward to growing this partnership and the impact it will have over the coming years.”
Hitan Mehta OBE, Chief Executive of the British Asian Trust said: “Partnering with JKS Restaurants is a huge privilege. Through their support over many years, they have already helped us make a meaningful difference. This new three-year commitment takes that impact to the next level, and we are deeply grateful. Partnerships like this are vital in helping us create lasting change.”
