The British Asian Trust announces appointment of The Honourable Haider Choudrey as a Fellow

The British Asian Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of The Honourable Haider Zameer Choudrey FCA, as the latest member of its Fellow group. He joins a distinguished group of Fellows including Manoj Badale OBE, Aatif Hassan, Tom Singh OBE and Chris Mathias.

Haider Choudrey is Chief Executive Officer of Bestway Group and a committed philanthropist whose work is deeply rooted in the Bestway Group’s long-standing commitment to charitable giving. As a Trustee of the Bestway Foundation, Haider has supported a wide range of initiatives that focus on delivering real, measurable impact centred on education, health, poverty relief and community development. 

His dedication to philanthropy is informed by a strong academic grounding, having studied at Eton College and the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is widely regarded for combining disciplined leadership with a strong sense of social responsibility.
