Mental health affects millions.
An estimated 50 million (one in four) people in Pakistan experience mental health issues. Yet around 90% of those who need treatment cannot access support.
Stigma, low awareness and limited services can leave people struggling without the care they need, affecting their health, families, livelihoods and futures.
